I set out for my daily walk/hike a bit earlier this morning and the sun was just hitting the treetops which were reflected in the river that was still in shade. At several points, the effect was to make the water lemon yellow It was cooler this morning after the heavy rains and thunderstorms of last night but surprisingly the water wasn't any higher. Either it had already run off or the storms were localized and did not affect upstream areas.
